Bini Masin Cultivates Unique Health and Fitness Programs

Using clinical data to produce scientific results

Exercise Regimen
Athletic Performance Testing

Improve your physique, endurance, strength, flexibility, and abilities with state-of-the-art testing used to help customize an Exercise Rx unique to you and your lifestyle.

Food Sensitivity Testing

The self-administered Food Inflammation Test measures your immune cells’ response to more than 130 foods, spices, and additives. The test uncovers the triggers of chronic inflammation and related health conditions, such as gastrointestinal, respiratory, and joint issues as well as migraine, dermatitis, fatigue, and metabolic disorders for an individual.

Nutrition Counseling

Create a lifestyle that helps you thrive with the support of people you love to be with.

Corporate Wellness

Keep your team healthy and strong whether working from home or in the office. Basic healthy eating consultations offered monthly to groups or individuals, virtually or in person, are always accompanied with an easy, do-it-yourself sample of a homemade protein bar, smoothie, fruit and seed strap, or whole bowl.

Micronutrient Testing

Bini used this advanced diagnostic tool, via a blood draw, to assess the vitamin, mineral, amino/fatty acid and antioxidant values in your body.
Diagnosing nutritional deficiencies allows Bini to customize a treatment plan through supplementation and diet modification.

Wellness Services Physicians

Engaged physicians know patients are better educated, not only concerned with symptom relief, but also with prevention and longevity. Bini provides an adjunct to the physician's practice by offering wellness services, setting up protocols for testing and arranging for equipment procurement. As Bini develops lifestyle plans, she provides supportive encounters that leave patients feeling empowered, hopeful, inspired.

more about me

Growing up, Bini noticed that the family members who took better care of themselves, practiced healthy habits and exercised regularly had both a better quality of life and lived longer. Sadly, her family has a history of diabetes and obesity, with several loved ones passing before their time due to unhealthy habits.

Bini’s healthy lifestyle was inspired by her father, a marathon runner, and especially by her grandmother, who at age 40, gave up smoking, became a vegetarian, and an expert on herbal remedies and vitamins and mineral supplements. She began a daily jogging regimen and would even take a young Bini with her to yoga and tai chi classes. They cooked together, gardened, shared recipes, stood on their heads, and read all the latest research on health. Bini’s grandmother lived well into her 90’s with a positive attitude and an outstanding quality of life.

Bini went on to become an athlete at the University of Florida, taught fitness classes through school, and completed a graduate degree at the University of Miami in Exercise Physiology.

We are not just the food we eat,

We are also the water we drink,

The steps we take, the air we breathe,

The thoughts we think, the actions we make.

Every aspect of each of us works together to help us thrive in life!

In life, we cannot always prevent stress from coming our way, so we have to build a strong foundation, to fortify and nourish ourselves to be ready to handle it when it does come

Motivational Speaking

As a speaker, Bini frequently shares healthy lifestyle guidelines with corporate groups, complete with a prepared menu specific to the client base. She is invited to more intimate gatherings to lead groups through a seasonal cleanse, or to help athletes prepare for their events. She speaks at schools and fundraisers about the importance of good nutrition, exercise, hydration and rest. To audiences both large and small, her recommendation is simple: “Eat a largely plant-based diet and put a rainbow in your belly every day.”

Bini’s goal is to motivate others to make a difference. She believes if we cultivate our strengths and share them with others in areas where they are deficient, we can complement, heal and complete each other.

In addition, as a fundraiser for the Miami Transplant Institute, Chai Lifeline, Friendship Circle, and Young Israel, among others, Bini shares with diverse audiences her experience as a kidney donor. She speaks about the transplant process, including busting myths about living kidney donors.

Scientific & Data Driven Processes

brings results you can trust

Bini has changed my mindset on what it means to be healthy! Her advice and constant support truly helped me transform my body and thoughts from the inside out. I see huge changes in my mood and am forever grateful for the changes she brought me! I will continue to practice the methods she taught me and it is comforting to know that she is always there if I have questions.

Molly Bochner

I was told that I was “an allergic person” but not specifically allergic to anything. When I finally went to my dermatologist’s office, she suggested food sensitivity testing for my skin. Bini didn’t emphasize the things I could no longer eat. Instead she went over the things I could have.

Brianna Cohen

I recommend food sensitivity testing to anyone suffering from migraines. Foods may be the culprit, as it was for me, and you can get better fast. More importantly, I recommend Bini because she is a true nutritionist and an asset in guiding you through the process.

Sheila Boutros

I had acne very badly on my back and face. So I opted to try food sensitivity testing, and it worked great. Although I had to temporarily avoid many of the foods I was used to eating, I learned to make all my meals with the fruits, veggies, proteins and carbs that I wasn’t sensitive to. The results were dramatic and very visible. I totally recommend it.

Chad Masin

I am so thankful to Bini for all the time and support she put in to help me feel healthy again. I now know my body better and am in control of my health.

Bari Gordon

My success is due to the ALCAT and to Bini in helping me comply with the program. By the end of the 6 months, I was feeling great and had even lost some weight.

Brent Levison

I have had atopic dermatitis, a dry skin condition, all my life. I was always itchy and scratching. Then I sat down with Bini. A year and a half later, not only did my skin problems go away, but I became more aware of nutrition, which is invaluable to me as a future physician.

Brianna Cohen

I was diagnosed with IBS after suffering with severe abdominal pain and weight loss. Food sensitivity testing was my last resort, but should have been my first. I now feel great, am at a comfortable weight, and after completing the program, I was able to reintroduce and now eat all of the foods I had to eliminate.
